Unlike most mediators, who are not there to make friends, we subscribe to that notion. We tell you what we believe would occur in a real courtroom. We don’t believes you more than the other side, or make a value judgment about the case or people involved. Our role is simply to get the case resolved.

Both sides don’t have to like the mediator. However, because our goal is to move two opponents to agree to a resolution of the case, and to get to this point usually means that both sides are happy with the resolution.
